Bo Mitchell was Police Commissioner of Wilton, CT for 16 years. He retired in February 2001 to found 911 Consulting, which creates emergency plans and conducts training and exercises for organizations such as GE Headquarters, Health Net, Subway HQ, Cablevision, Goodrich and Western Connecticut State University. Bo works nationally for these and other corporations, campuses and medical facilities. Bo has earned 16 certifications in security, emergency management, disaster recovery, business continuity, homeland security, organizational safety and response.
Because of his background as a trained, professional emergency manager, Bo also serves as an expert in landmark court cases nationally. The issues at suit normally regard an organization’s failure to plan and failure to train.
